Hydroforming

We have a unique and specialized hydroformed aluminum process that can help your company reach its goals and become the very best in your industry. A few insights about the hydroforming process:

  • Fluid cell hydroforming (also referred to as fluid forming) is performed by pushing high-pressure fluid into a bladder above the flat blank.
  • This forces the aluminum (placed over a single side form) to conform to whatever shape is needed by the client, by creating both vertical and horizontal pressure.
