Our Custom Aerospace Components Manufacturing Capabilities Include:
Hydroforming Components: No matter how complex, we perform engineering, tooling, and manufacturing of hydroformed components in-house to meet your needs.
Hot Forming Components: We have the ability to hot form both Aluminum and Titanium alloy. We operate a 5’ x 10’ envelope, 600-ton press. Our processes are approved by all major airframe manufacturers.
Assembly/Kitting: We are a 4 P/L supplier, allowing us to handle every aspect of making your production plan possible, from inventory management and logistics to final assembly of the components we provide.
Thermoplastic Composite Manufacturing: State-of-the-art continuous compression molding, In house FEA, Injection molding of high temp resins, Over molding of continuous fiber with chopped fiber, Stamp Forming, Machining, Painting, Assembly.
